To those who avoid him, you are not going to learn Mathematics if you don't get challenged because real life is not fair and easy. I took a class with Professor Kennedy as major in biochemistry. By the way, I was a foreign student on a Visa at that time, so my English was not as good but he and the other teachers such as Mr. Peterson, Ms. Carol and Majesh- the math tech, all of them were the reason I enjoyed Calculus and eventually became a minor in Math. So if you want an easy Math might as well just go back to middle school but if you want to think like a mathematician, this class is for you. A challenge makes you stronger. Oh, I ended up going to medical school and now I am a senior medical officer in the Navy. How is that for taking challenges in life. |
