7 Ways Lena Dunham Exudes Fabulosity
We all know Lena Dunham as the brave and brilliant actress and director of HBO’s “Girls.” Here are seven ways she is fabulous outside of the realm of television.
1. She collaborated with iconic children’s book author Judy Blume to write a mini-book discussing important issues.
2. She appeared in a controversial, comedic commercial for Barack Obama during his campaign to promote voting, in which she compared voting for the first time to her first sexual experience.
3. Her first big project, the movie “Tiny Furniture” was filmed in this beautiful apartment in Tribeca, which also happens to be her artist parents’ recently sold place.
4. Her friendship with Mindy Kaling is wonderful. Read a casual interview she conducted with Kaling here.
5. She chronicles her experiences with her adorable dog, Lamby, on Instagram.
6. Her tattoos are illustrations from her favorite children’s stories, “Eloise” and “Ferdinand the Bull.”
7. This is just the beginning. We look forward to the impending season 3 of “Girls” and the release of her collection of autobiographical essays, “Not That Kind of Girl,” in the fall.
